Waterproofing:

Often times a waterproofing system is needed instead of a roofing system to waterproof concrete slabs and walls.  Balconies, terraces, walkways, parking garage decks, planters, foundations, ponds, roof top gardens and walls, for example,  may require a special application for its specific use and characteristics.    These building components may be designed for pedestrian or vehicle traffic, to receive floor tiles or landscaping, and for aesthetics.  Many options are available, some are liquid applied with or without reinforcing fabric and roofing membranes.
